By creating an account or using TopicWeaver, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use TopicWeaver.
Accounts and security
Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes a limited number of topics and resources. Pro is not yet available; you can join the waitlist. Plan features, limits and pricing may change, and we will give notice of changes that affect paid plans.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, or to research or share illegal content.
- Abuse, harass or harm others, or interfere with the service or its security.
- Scrape the service or access it with automated tools we haven't approved.
- Try to bypass plan limits, Credit limits or other restrictions.
AI-generated results
Resources are found automatically with AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Links go to third-party websites we don't control and are not responsible for. Results are for general information only and are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise). Check important information yourself.
Your content
You keep ownership of the topics and descriptions you enter. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service to you, including sending them to our service providers to perform research.
Termination
You can stop using TopicWeaver and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Disclaimers
TopicWeaver is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SynaBot AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, let you know in advance.
